Do you accept returns?
Yes, if it is a factory defect issue and the concern must be raised to us within 7 days after the delivery.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
For pick up orders, we do not require a certain quantity for an order but if the customer wanted the item to be delivered on their selected place, the order must be 3 pieces above.
Which cities do you ship to?
We are offering free delivery all across Metro Manila but if the customer's place is outside Metro Manila, we can deliver the order to a certain place within Metro Manila only that the customer chooses then the customer is required to hire a trucking company for it to be delivered on their area.
